The Problem We Solve

Multi-Layer Plastic is India's most unresolved waste stream. It arrives at plants unshredded, untracked, and at full volume — creating cost at every step. Rebloc solves all three.

Contamination at source

Once plastic is mixed with wet waste or food, its economic value collapses. It can no longer go into plastic-to-plastic recycling or become a quality raw material.

Every successful recycling system processes material as early as possible — before contamination, before value loss. Today's waste systems do the opposite: they mix first, then try to separate later. By then, it's too late.

Bhakti is a B.Tech Electronics Engineer from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, Anand, Gujarat. She built the Smart Bin Shredder prototype from scratch — the hardware, the IoT platform, the AI classification system — and then asked a bigger question: what happens to the plastic after it's collected?
